Catering equipment companies have been busy over the past year developing their product lines and bringing new items to market, while operators continue to keep their eyes peeled for ways to boost efficiency in the kitchen.
Steve Elliott, sales director at Valentine and CuisinEquip, said the growth in multi-site pizza and pasta concepts has been remarkable over the past decade, including national high street favourites, regional brands, franchises, as well as independently owned businesses.
